OneDesk360 is an operations desk for e-commerce businesses. Each business gets a private workspace where their orders, customers, products, and courier data are pulled from accounts they connect themselves. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and company profile (name, industry, team size).
• Connected-store data — when you connect a platform such as Shopify, we sync the data needed to run your desk: orders, customers, products, inventory, and fulfillment records.
• Access tokens — the credentials that let us read your connected accounts. These are stored encrypted and are never shown to other users.

How we use it

• To operate your desk: order cleaning, courier assignment, returns, settlement, and analytics.
• We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
• Data from one workspace is never shown to another workspace.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Only your workspace members you invite can see your data.

Shopify data

When you connect a Shopify store, we access it through Shopify's official APIs with the permissions shown on the install screen. We honour Shopify's data-deletion requests: if you uninstall the app or a customer asks for their data to be removed, Shopify notifies us and we delete the related records from your workspace.

Deleting your data

Email hello@onedesk360.com to close your workspace. We delete your workspace data and connected-account tokens on request.
